At We Make T-Shirts, every order is custom produced specifically for you using professional-grade equipment, quality garments, and an experienced production team.

We professionally review every order before production and take pride in delivering high-quality custom printed and embroidered apparel.

We Guarantee Our Workmanship

Because our products are custom made to order, we do not offer blanket satisfaction refunds. However, we fully stand behind our workmanship.

If we make a production mistake or your order contains a manufacturing defect attributable to We Make T-Shirts, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We'll review the issue and, when a production error is confirmed, determine the appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, reprinting, store credit, a partial refund, or refund of the affected portion of the order.

If we make the mistake, we'll make it right.

Your Artwork Is Professionally Prepared Before Printing

You don't need to submit perfectly print-ready artwork.

Our artwork team professionally reviews and prepares your design for production. Depending on your artwork, this may include background removal, image cleanup, edge cleanup, straightening, resolution enhancement, sizing adjustments, color optimization for printing, and other production-related improvements.

Our goal is to preserve your original design while preparing it to print professionally.

Artwork enhancement does not include redesigning your logo, choosing different brand colors, rewriting text, replacing design elements, or making subjective creative changes unless specifically requested and agreed upon.

You'll See Your Final Production Artwork

After your artwork has been professionally prepared, we'll send you an FYI preview of the final production artwork that will actually be used to print your order.

This is not a new shirt mockup or an approval request. The garment preview shown while ordering displays your original uploaded artwork, while your FYI production artwork preview shows the cleaned and professionally prepared artwork we'll actually use for printing.

No approval is required, and your order will automatically continue into production.

Please review your FYI preview when you receive it and contact us immediately if you notice an error.

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

Our workmanship guarantee does not generally cover issues resulting from customer-provided information or subjective preferences, including:

  • Spelling, wording, dates, phone numbers, or other information submitted by the customer
  • Incorrect artwork or design elements contained in customer-provided artwork
  • A preference for a different logo, design, color, shade, print size, or placement after production
  • Incorrect garment styles, colors, sizes, or quantities selected by the customer
  • Fit preferences or normal garment-manufacturer sizing variations
  • Normal differences between colors displayed digitally and colors reproduced physically
  • Minor print-size or placement variations inherent to custom apparel production
  • Normal manufacturing tolerances

If your artwork cannot reasonably be prepared to an acceptable level for professional printing, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Our Promise Is Simple

If we make a production mistake, we'll make it right.

If your order was properly produced using the artwork and order information you provided, normal production tolerances and subjective preferences do not constitute production errors.
